We are closed for phone orders on all major government holidays.

Our family/company takes 4 Weeks vacation out of each year. We will place our vacation dates on our website when we do not have phone hours.
You can still purchase online during our vacations however orders will not ship until the first working day with phone hours.

We understand some folks are not comfortable ordering online and we are happy to take your order on the phone.
If you have questions about products, ordering or just want to make contact with a live person please feel free to phone us.

We want to be very clear that "We DO NOT accept returns" If we do authorize a return we will not pay for
shipping back to us or for any new orders and we will only offer an IN-STORE credit for the product only.
If you are not sure of a product please contact us before ordering and we can help you with your questions.
All of our Glass Marbles and Flat Marbles are machine made in the USA or in MEXICO.
They are all APPROXIMATE in size as they are machine made and can and do vary in size.
The Marbles and Flat Marbles are machine made from 100% glass.
They are made from soda-lime recycled glass and new glass and do not contain lead.
The Micro glass marbles are rotated so are more accurate in size.

• We do not in any way give permission to anyone to use, sale, trade, copy reproduce in any way pictures, wording, ideas or whatever else may be viewed on or from this site.
**SAFETY WARNING**
• The products on our website are not toys for young children. Purchasing them is at the discretion of an adult that shall assume full responsibility for the safety of any child under the age of 18 that may have access to them. Any adult (18 years or older) purchasing any of our products shall take the responsibility for knowing the age, safety level and ability of any child they either give these products to or allow access to. Many of the products marbles, wooden toys, etc. are very tiny and should not be given to children under 3 years of age. This is a guide line for parents, adults or guardians for children. You know your children’s habits and ability levels and it is up to you to decide what is safe to hand to your child and what is not. We can only let you know that small objects toys or not can be dangerous for young children.
• Glass Marbles, Flat Marbles or other Glass Products can break or chip and are sharp, Glitter is a powder or small partials that can get into eyes or mouth. We can not mention all hazards or safety precautions here for all products so it is the sole responsibility of the adult when ordering or purchasing. When ordering or purchasing you assume full responsibility for your safety or the safety of anyone you may let use or give these glass products to.
• FOR YOUR SAFETY AND FOR THE PROTECTION OF YOUR GLASS:
Glass Products can be a very effective magnifying glasses and left in direct sunlight could magnify the suns rays and cause a fire. They also could discolor if left in the sun for long periods of time. When purchasing any of our glass products you take full responsibility for the safe use and care of your product. We can not be responsible once it is purchased and shipped to the customer.
• To use this website you must be 18 years or older. Once your order is placed you have confirmed that the above age requirements of 18 years are true and met.
• If you are not sure of a product do not purchase it until you contact us so we can research the contents of it with the producers of the product.

We ship Primarily - USPS, UPS and FedEx .
• SHIPPING COST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTION:
• We can ship USPS (US Postal Service Priority Mail) most things from just over 2 pounds up to 20 pounds anywhere
in the USA for the postal service flat rate box charge. As long as the size of the product will fit into the box!
• IF IT GOES OVER 20 POUNDS:
Another box will be automatically added as shown on your shipping choice.
Packages weighing 2 pounds and under are usually charged more per pound by the shipping companies. These are the shipping charges directly from US Postal and UPS servers. They are not our charges.
• INSURANCE & GUARANTEED DELIVERY NOTICE:
The only packages that are insured and are guaranteed delivery times are UPS Next Day Airs, 2nd Day Air and US Postal Service Express Overnight Mail. Once we give it to the shipping company it is out of our hands.
• US Postal Service does not cover any lost or damaged packages without insurance on them. If you want a package insured you must call us before you complete your order at 503-788-3396 and we can give you the insurance costs to insure the package.
• USPS - UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE PRIORITY MAIL DELIVERY TIMES FROM PORTLAND, OREGON: 1-3 DAYS DELIVERY from day of shipment to MOST ADDRESSES IN THE UNITED STATES - Saturdays are counted as a shipping day.
• UPS - Shipping is counted from next day of shipment except for Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air only. Shipping is for business days only and DOES NOT COUNT WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS:
• WE SHIP TO ALL US STATES, APO ADDRESSES AND US TERRITORIES AS WELL AS SOME INTERNATIONAL.
• We ship SOME OF OUR PACKAGES with an ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED for safety:
If you DO NOT WANT A SIGNATURE REQUIRED for your packages you can request us NOT TO PUT A SIGNATURE REQUIRED in the comments box during checkout to release us and the shipper from any responsibility if the package was delivered but not received by the customer. Or just have it shipped to your work or where someone is there to sign for it.
• UPS SERVICE FEE FOR INCORRECT INFORMATION:
Please be sure that your shipping address is correct because if it is "Returned", "Unable to Deliver", "Wrong Address" , "Sent to the wrong address" or any other problem because it is typed incorrectly or the wrong address is typed in for shipping address you will be responsible for any extra charges ($10.00 for an Exception for UPS) and any reshipping costs.
• SOME 25 AND 50 POUND CARTONS CAN ONLY SHIP UPS:
They are shipped direct from the factory and are packaged for UPS shipment only. These products will only give you a shipping choice for UPS as you checkout.
• IS YOUR SHIPPING EXTREMELY HIGH?
Please make sure the country you entered is the UNITED STATES and not another country or it will calculate shipping to that country.
• IF YOU ARE USING AN AMERICAN EXPRESS CREDIT CARD:
We have been advised by AMERICAN EXPRESS that they require us to have a SIGNATURE REQUIRED as well as INSURANCE on packages. If you are using an AMERICAN EXPRESS CARD and do not want a Signature Required or Insurance please LET US KNOW in the COMMENTS BOX during checkout so we and the shipper are released of liability if the package is said to be delivered by the shipping company but the customer says they did not get it. We will contact you to let you know how much the insurance will be and that a Signature will be Required.
• We need your current correct daytime phone number and current correct daytime email to contact you in case your products do not fit in one flat rate box or if there is any other problems with your order or shipping. If we can not reach you we will hold up shipment until we can contact you.
Return Policy:
  • We do not accept returns except under expressed permission from Dwight, Rainbow, Krista or Aaron. We will only accept returns for DEFECTIVE, BROKEN or DAMAGED from the FACTORY products. DAMAGE from SHIPPING is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS or FedEx). We will treat any "defective/damaged/broken product" on an individual basis and whenever necessary credit or refund all or partial product costs. If you return products for any other reason with permission you will receive a STORE CREDIT for the amount of the product less shipping cost and a 15% re-stocking fee. We expect that all returned products are in the same condition as when they were shipped with unopened packaging and packaged and shipped the same as when they were received. If we do authorize a STORE CREDIT it must be used within ONE YEAR or it becomes INVALID.
  • ALL RETURNED PRODUCTS WILL RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT ONLY.
  • Our glass marbles and gems are machine made unless otherwise stated. Being machine made in the millions they are not perfect in any way. They are not consistent in color, shape (roundness) or size. Actual product colors may vary as computer monitors may not depict true colors or images. Please Note Descriptions and uses for Flat Marbles/Gems.
  • Flat Glass Marbles are machine made and will have some folds, bubbles or marks in them. This is normal and it is not an imperfection, they are not optical glass. They are not all exact in size or shape.
  • Flat Marbles/Gems are designed/made for use in floral vases, decorations etc: They were not designed for use in crafts such as necklaces or magnets that need a clear piece. Many people us them for this purpose but there might be a percentage of them that can not be used for this purpose and would be waste. We can not be responsible for the waste when used in crafts.
  • The Marbles and Flat Marbles are sold by weight have an approximate number per pounds. They vary in size and can not have an exact count per pounds only an approximate number.
  • We take the pictures of our products ourselves. We are not professional photographers and we do not try to enhance the pictures. We try our best to take them as naturally as possible to show you the product as clear as we can. On our monitor they appear very close to the actual color but all monitors are different and we do not have any control over how they appear on another monitor. You will have to decide for yourself if the color is right for you. We do not accept returns if the color is wrong. All original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded. Customer will be responsible for all return shipping. Because of our costs involved we will also charge a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned products.
  • If there is a problem (defective product as stated above) with your purchase please contact us immediately. We will only accept problems concerning products up to "10 business days" from our shipping day. If there is a problem with the product, customers will know upon receipt. We ship our packages with delivery confirmation and are notified by the carrier of when the package was delivered.
